To ensure that all goods shipped out arrive safely and intact to our customers, we only use reliable shipping companies. There are two separate categories of shipment:
- Domestic Shipment (Malaysia)
- International Shipment
1. Domestic Shipment (Malaysia)
For domestic shipping, your goods will be delivered using PosLaju services. We ship out on next business day once your payment has been confirmed.
Shipping Rate
Enjoy FREE* shipping when you purchase RM50 and above worth of goods. Promotion applies to both West Malaysia and East Malaysia. For purchases of less than RM50, a flat rate of RM5* will be charged.
NOTE: *Applicable for all items except for tripods and bags.
Online Shipment Tracking
After we have shipped out the goods, we will email to you the tracking number. You can enter the tracking number in PosLaju's Online Shipment Tracking System to check your delivery status. Check your status here.
Delivery Time
It will take estimated 1~2 business days for the shipment to arrive at your destination. If after 7 business days you have not received the package, please inform our sales representative.
2. International Shipment
For international shipment, your goods will be delivered using FedEx or EMS (Express Mail Services) services. We ship out on next business day once your payment has been confirmed.
