Found something you like? So what's next? We make it as easy as possible for you to shop with us. Follow the steps below to complete your order.

Camera2U.com Shopping Process

Note: Make sure that the correct currency is selected. If not, choose a new currency and click on "Change Currency" button. It is located at the top of the page.

Step 1:

a. Browse through our range of products. Click on "Add to Cart" to add the product to your shopping cart.

b. To view your shopping cart, click on "Show Cart" button at the top right of the page.

Step 2:

Once you have confirmed that your shopping cart is correct, click on "Checkout" and it will guide you to the checkout process.

Logging In

If you are a new customer, proceed by registering your account with us. Fill in all your information. Refer to Privacy Policy on the usage of your personal information.

A confirmation email will be sent to your email account for verification. If you already have an account with us, please proceed to login.

Checkout Process

Click "Next" to continue to the next stage. You are required to provide:

  1. Shipping Address: Shipping address is required in order for us to delivery the products to you. Make sure you provide us with sufficient information. If not, your delivery might not reach you.
  2. Ship Method: Select your shipping method. By default, for domestic delivery (within Malaysia) will be with PosLaju while international delivery will be with FedEx/EMS. Refer to Shipping for more information.
  3. Payment Method: Choose your preferred payment method. Refer to Payment Method for the complete list.
  4. Complete Order: Re-check your order again and if everything is correct, click on "Confirm Order" button.

Step 3:

Once you have confirmed your order, the next step will be to make your payment:

  • If you have selected payment method - "Online Bank Transfer/ Cash Deposit / Cheque to Maybank Account", please make your payment at your convenience and email us after you have paid.
  • If you have selected payment method - "Paypal/Credit Card", you will be automatically redirected to Paypal's secured website. All credit card information will not be stored in our website. No registration with Paypal is needed if you pay using credit card. Refer to Paypal/Credit Card for more info.
  • If you have selected payment method - "Cash on Delivery (COD)", we will contact you to make the delivery arrangements.

Step 4:

Voila! You have completed the ordering process. Now wait as we begin packing and shipping your order. For in stock items, we will ship on next business day. Please allow up to 1 ~ 2 weeks delivery for special items.

  • Domestic Delivery: Usually takes 1 ~ 2 business days to arrive.
  • International Delivery: Depending on the destination country, it will take between 3 ~ 5 business days.
